RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Project Engineer – Water Systems | Infrastructure Design & Water Treatment Engineering [PCBOCC0012011] Design, develop, and manage delivery of water/wastewater systems and infrastructure expansion projects.; Conduct modeling, prepare specs/cost estimates, lead construction coordination, and support SCADA integration.; Ensure alignment with EIE sustainability and resilience standards during project delivery. Desired Qualifications For Project Engineer – Water Systems | Infrastructure Design & Water Treatment Engineering [PCBOCC0012011] (PCBOCC0012011) Candidates: Bachelor’s in Civil/Environmental Engineering; PE license required or in progress. Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications 5–10 years experience in water/wastewater capital projects, planning, and design-build delivery. Skills Required Hydraulic/hydrologic modeling, AutoCAD, cost estimation, GIS integration, Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
