What You Will Do: Serve as the dedicated quality representative for identified customers, maintaining strong communication channels and responding promptly to customer inquiries, audits, and quality concerns. Review, interpret, and ensure compliance with customer-specific quality requirements, specifications, and flow-downs. Lead customer issue investigations, including root cause analysis, corrective action development, and formal response management. Monitor program performance metrics such as yield, defects, escapes, and process capability, identifying trends and recommending improvements. Lead and participate in internal and customer-driven audits, preparing documentation, coordinating actions, and driving closure of findings. Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Program Management to ensure quality considerations are integrated throughout development, manufacturing, and delivery phases. Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience Strong understanding of root cause analysis, corrective action tools, and quality systems (ISO 9001, AS9100 or similar). Qualifications We Prefer: APQP AS9100 internal auditor Experience working directly with customers in a technical or quality capacity. Solid analytical skills with ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and data. Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities across different customers and programs. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
