ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Comply with company Safety Policies and Procedures Wears assigned PPE in order to safely perform all job tasks Wears steel-toed boot for the duration of work shift Maintains a professional and positive attitude Reports any and all injuries to respective supervisor(s) Performs general housekeeping duties to help maintain a clean and safe work area Attends company sponsored training when necessary Reports to work daily and on time unless otherwise excused Clean dried over pour from inside and tops of molds to prevent possible defect and stacking issues Reports issues which may result in poor quality to Production Supervisor Performs other duties as assigned or needed Regular attendance, timeliness and scheduling flexibility  KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to receive and carry out instructions given by management Ability to model desired behavior and conduct for all employees Must be safe minded and alert during times of operation Demonstrated traits of honesty and integrity and ability to maintain confidential information Must have enough near/far/depth and color perception to satisfactorily paint mold Must understand written formulas for painting EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE The employee should have the following: No minimum education requirement No prior experience or training required ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT The employee should possess the ability to: Prolong standing or in stationary position Complete repetitive movements such as typing Be exposed to sounds or noise levels that maybe uncomfortable Complete repetitive movements Wear all required personal protective equipment (hearing, vision and hardhat protection) Lift/move/transport items up to 50 pounds Ability to move or traverse about the facilities Must be able to ascend/descend stairs or ladders Ability to work around dust, chemicals, and other substances, and in various environmental conditions This is not necessarily an all-inclusive list of job-related responsibilities, duties, skills, efforts, requirements or working conditions. RESUMEN DE TRABAJO El Pintor es responsable de todas las actividades relacionadas con la aplicación del color de todos los moldes de acuerdo con la política de calidad de la compañía. FUNCIONES ESENCIALES: Cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad de la empresa Utiliza el EPP asignado para realizar con seguridad todas las tareas Usa calzado con punta de acero durante el turno de trabajo Mantiene una actitud profesional y positiva Informa de todas y cada una de las lesiones a los respectivos supervisores Realiza tareas generales de limpieza para ayudar a mantener un área de trabajo limpia y segura Asiste a la capacitación patrocinada por la compañía cuando es necesario Se reporta a trabajar diariamente y a tiempo, a menos que se justifique lo contrario Limpiar y secar el exceso de vertido desde el interior y la parte superior de los moldes para evitar posibles defectos y problemas de apilamiento Informa problemas que pueden resultar en mala calidad al Supervisor de producción Realiza otras tareas asignadas o necesarias Tener una asistencia regular, puntualidad y flexibilidad de horario  CONOCIMIENTOS, HABILIDADES Y CAPACIDADES Atención al detalle y precisión. Capacidad para recibir y llevar a cabo las instrucciones dadas por la gerencia. Capacidad para modelar el comportamiento y la conducta deseados para todos los empleados Debe tener una mente segura y alerta durante los tiempos de operación Rasgos demostrados de honestidad e integridad y capacidad para mantener información confidencial Debe tener suficiente percepción de cerca/lejos profundidad y del color para pintar satisfactoriamente el molde Debe comprender fórmulas escritas para pintar EDUCACIÓN Y/O EXPERIENCIA El empleado debe tener lo siguiente: No hay requisito minimo de educación No se requiere experiencia o entrenamiento REQUISITOS FÍSICOS ESENCIALES/ENTORNO DE TRABAJO El empleado debe poseer la capacidad de: Permanecer de pie por mucho tiempo o en posición estacionaria Completar movimientos repetitivos como escribir Exponerse a sonidos o niveles de ruido que pueden ser incómodos Completar movimientos repetitivos Usar todo el equipo de protección personal requerido (protección auditiva, visual y casco) Levantar/mover/transportar artículos de hasta 50 libras Capacidad para moverse o recorrer las instalaciones Ser capaz de subir y bajar escalones o escaleras Capacidad para trabajar alrededor del polvo, productos químicos y otras sustancias, y en diversas condiciones ambientales Esta no es necesariamente una lista exhaustiva de responsabilidades, deberes, habilidades, esfuerzos, requisitos o condiciones laborales relacionadas con el trabajo.
