What’s   in it for you?   Competitive pay & benefits   Health coverage & retirement plans   ✅   Paid time off to recharge   ✅   Career growth opportunities   ✅   A team that values your impact   Comprehensive onboarding and training   program     Ready to make a difference?   Apply now and power the future of diabetes care with embecta.   What Does a Production Operator Do?   As a Production Operator,   you’ll   be at the heart of our manufacturing process.   Here’s   what your typical day might look like:   Gown up with the required PPE (personal protective equipment) and safety shoes.    Start your shift by checking in with your team and reviewing the day’s goals.   Depending on whether you work in Molding, Assembly, Packaging or Warehouse, you will s et up and   operate   the relevant   machines   and equipment   that   mold, assemble and package   our   insulin syringes.   Regularly throughout your shift, you will inspect the products and perform in-process checks to ensure products meet our   high   quality   standards   and regulatory   requirements .     Complet ing inspection   and quality documentation   is the norm in a highly regulated medical devices facility and will   be a critical   part of your role      At times, you will move   raw   material supplies   and finished products to   the necessary locations in the facility.     You will continually   monitor   the equipment   for output and issues and help problem - solve efficiently and quickly should something go wrong.   You will work as part of a highly engaged team   to keep everything running smoothly and safely , with safety being your high est   priority.    Paperwork Matters   In this role,   accurate   paperwork is essential. It helps us prove our products are   safe,   meet   our regulatory   requirements   and ensures we can trace and fix any issues quickly.
