We're looking for a  Production Manager  to lead shift operations and play a vital role on our Production Team. Key Responsibilities:  Effectively manage labor across your entire shift to keep operations running smoothly & efficiently Drive plant operations & lead continuous improvement initiatives Partner closely with all departments to achieve plant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including safety, environment, people, quality, responsiveness & cost Ensure all personnel arrive to shift wearing correct safety equipment & maintain safety awareness throughout the shift Champion safety & incident reporting procedures, ensuring every team member is properly trained & performing their job functions correctly What We Are Looking For 5+ years of management experience in manufacturing, preferably in non-climate-controlled environments Working knowledge of TPS (Toyota Production System) concepts, e.g. workplace organization/5S & root cause analysis Solid understanding of production planning concepts, able to plan, allocate resources, manage production & coordinate people and equipment A collaborative leadership style, sound judgment & a commitment to safety-first culture Position Pay Range $102,000 — $110,000 USD What OBE Offers You Benefits that benefit you – industry competitive  benefits  at the lowest cost to the employee Work-life balance – PTO and holidays, including floating holidays you can choose Compensation that rewards your hard work – A pay-for-performance culture with potential for annual raises and bonuses Training – We will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed OBE Privacy Policy OBE will not discharge or discriminate against employees or applicants for discussing, disclosing, or inquiring about their own or others' pay.
