Production Associate 2 - Tester COMSEC

Job Description   POSITION: Production Associate – Test – Level 2   REPORTS   TO: Cell   Team Leader   AREA: Production   QUALIFICATIONS:   High school education or equivalent   Ability to read   and   understand test procedures   Excellent verbal   and   written communication skills   Good computer skills   Works well in team environment   IPC-A-610 certification preferred ,   but not   required   Experience testing PCBs   DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:   Set up and test units per procedures using automated equipment   Identification of proper equipment to be used   Properly fill out production documentation   Notify   Electronic   Technician of non-conforming units or test fixtures   Identify   electronic components (polarity, incorrect   part , etc.)   Rotate to different workstations   and   different cells as needed   Documents pass/fail results and troubleshoot information in the MES System (Vision)   As required – compile and   validate   test results and test logs for customer and regulatory requirements   As required – complete hour-by-hour forms or other documentation for cycle time/performance analysis   Set-up and test units per procedures using correct equipment   Use of non-automated equipment when necessary (DMM, Oscilloscope, etc.)   This is an overview and does not list all the job duties   If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
