Production Assistant

Production Assistant - Seasonal PT KTLA is looking for a Production Assistant to work on our Emmy Award-winning live coverage of the Rose Parade. PA with a can-do attitude will work directly with Production Coordinator and APOC for all their needs, including script book assembly, camera cards, research and clerical, and any other related tasks. Responsibilities Will assist Production Coordinator and APOC in all clerical tasks and duties. Will assemble float tour books, script books and camera cards. Will work on files in OneDrive, including rundown, production schedules, scripts, camera cards, etc. Perform clerical duties to support the show. Provide telephone coverage. Will work on the live event on location in Pasadena. Position is temporary December to January. Requirements Must have experience in live television, scripted or related field Must be extremely proficient in administrative tasks and on a PC - Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and OneDrive are a must. Knowledge of live show rundowns and scripts a plus.
