Procurement Sourcing Analyst

RaceTrac Company Overview Job Description: The Procurement Sourcing Analyst acts as an internal consultant collaborating with assigned internal business units to source and recommend the best solution for materials, equipment, supplies, and/or services. The Analyst manages the Strategic Sourcing Process from Initiation to the final recommendation to the internal business unit decision maker. Some travel may be required. Responsibilities: Carries out end-to-end sourcing lifecycle activities Provides analytical data and information to support procurement initiatives Performs market research to identify potential suppliers Provides analytics to aid in contract negotiations Assists in contract negotiations Makes recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from 4-year College or University Experience in a project management environment – preferably working with large projects collaborating with cross functional teams Comfortability with reviewing, managing, and interpreting large and/or complex data sets A communication style that can adjust to people at various levels and functions within the organization as well as externally; the ability to convey complex information in a way that is easily understood by the receiving audience Comfortability handling multiple concurrent projects Familiarity with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Proven success building impactful relationships with current and potential business partners both internally and externally #LI-KP1 All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment with RaceTrac without regard to their race, national origin, religion, age, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by local, state, or federal laws, rules, or regulations.
