Who will you be working with? Our best-in-class quality team combines knowledge of customers’ needs with deep domain expertise and tenured experience to deliver our HVAC, Door & PD&G products. How will you make a difference? As a member of the method team, you will be responsible of all industrialization activities (projects, process, tools, internal and external production improvements) related to assembly/housing/testing process. What do we want to know about you? Bachelor degree of mechanical or electrical. Good attitude and team cooperation awareness. Good communication skills Bachelor’s degree or above Fluent in English reading and writing. What will your typical day look like? Responsible for method job of CPT product line. Support CPT method manager to follow up TOP process Establish the BOM for concerned projects based on design and purchasing strategy. Responsible for all industrialization of WI process, tools, and improvement of production.
