You’ll work one-on-one with clients in a private home setting, supporting their unique care needs. Please note: This is a pet-free home environment.   ✅ Responsibilities Assist with safe client transfers and mobility support to prevent falls Provide timely medication reminders Provide transportation to grocery stores and medical appointments Assist with light household upkeep and maintaining a clean, safe environment Provide basic personal care, including hygiene, toileting, and dressing Monitor and assist with oxygen therapy as needed Prepare light meals, snacks, or drinks upon request   Offer companionship and emotional reassurance throughout the shift   Assist in positioning and turning to prevent discomfort   Document and report changes in client condition promptly   Respond to emergencies following proper procedures   Perform duties as outlined in the patient’s plan of care   Follow professional standards, care policies, and local/state/federal requirements Transport client to appointments 📝 Qualifications CNA, HHA, or equivalent experience in home care preferred Reliable transportation with auto insurance Experience working with fall-risk and mobility-impaired clients strongly desired Comfortable assisting with safe transfers and personal care tasks Reliable, patient, and attentive to individual needs Comfortable working in a private home setting (no pets) Ability to work independently and follow a care plan Strong oral and written communication skills Comfortable using tablets/computers for documentation ✅ Documentation & Requirements To be eligible for employment, all caregivers must provide the following: Valid Driver’s License (Required for client transportation) Proof of Auto Insurance (with your name listed on the policy) Current CPR Certification Clear Background Check Negative TB Test Results We’re looking for caregivers who are patient, reliable, and genuinely passionate about helping others.
