KKR aims to generate attractive investment returns by following a patient and disciplined investment approach, employing world-class people, and supporting growth in its portfolio companies and communities. KKR sponsors investment funds that invest in private equity, credit and real assets and has strategic partners that manage hedge funds. KKR’s insurance subsidiaries offer retirement, life and reinsurance products under the management of Global Atlantic Financial Group. References to KKR’s investments may include the activities of its sponsored funds and insurance subsidiaries. A tenured team with experience across market cycles, it operates with direct access to KKR's global resources across Private Equity, Global Macro & Asset Allocation, Real Assets, and Credit & Markets. Global Atlantic's (GA) Co-Chief Investment Officers, together with the Investment Committee, retain ultimate control over the investment portfolio, including strategy and asset allocation for GA's balance sheet and its sponsored third-party vehicles. As the primary point of interface between the Insurance business, KKR PMs, and KKR structured credit traders, they will drive execution of Global Atlantic's (GA) investment strategy within structured credit and enable firmwide collaboration across structured credit asset classes.
