The NODE (network operations and delivery experience) team owns the final mile—the last, most visible, and most operationally complex leg of the delivery journey. We build and optimize the systems, routing intelligence, and delivery operations that move packages from the last delivery station to the customer's hands across a rapidly scaling global network. What will you do? We're hiring a Principal Program Manager for our NODE team to drive cross-organizational initiatives, influence VP-level roadmaps, and unlock hundreds of millions in cost savings and delivery performance through transformational improvements to our final mile network and delivery experience. You'll operate with complete autonomy to identify and remediate endemic problems in our last-mile operations, drive architectural and operational decisions across Product, Commercial, Engineering, and Operations organizations, and establish the strategic mechanisms that enable Amazon Shipping to scale final mile delivery at the pace our business demands. Working at the unique intersection where program leadership directly impacts delivery cost, speed, and reliability, you'll define multi-year operational and technical roadmaps, influence resource allocation across VP organizations, and solve significantly complex problems where both business and operational strategies are undefined.
