Practice Manager, Growth & Marketing

The Practice Manager (PM) contributes to Unify's success by driving account growth, expanding client relationships, leading consulting engagements, and developing consultants within the Growth & Marketing Practice. This role serves as both a trusted advisor to clients and a leader within the firm, partnering closely with account, sales, solution, and practice leadership to identify business opportunities, deliver exceptional client outcomes, and advance Unify's consulting capabilities. The ideal candidate brings strong consulting experience, proven success managing executive stakeholder relationships, a track record of contributing to solution sales and account growth, and deep expertise across sales, marketing, customer success, revenue operations, or AI-enabled business transformation. The Practice Manager is an ambassador for the firm and embodiment of Unify's values and culture. The Practice Manager reports to Practice Leadership.
