This position ensures effective delivery of ambulatory services, achievement of financial and operational goals, regulatory compliance, and an exceptional patient experience. The Practice Administrator I partners closely with physicians, clinical leaders, and centralized corporate departments to support organizational objectives. Reports: Executive Director Supervises: None WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or related field Minimum Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years progressive healthcare operations management experience. Minimum of 3 years leadership experience managing healthcare teams. Experience in ambulatory care, physician practice management, or multi-site healthcare operations.
