Seeking Skilled Nursing Facility Physician Logan Health – Kalispell, Montana Logan Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to provide medical oversight for patients in our Skilled Nursing Facility and Long-Term Care programs. This role offers the opportunity to care for a medically complex geriatric population while working with an experienced interdisciplinary team and dedicated Advanced Practice Provider.
