Located just minutes from Fargo, this is an opportunity to help build a practice from the ground up while benefiting from the support, resources, and specialty services of the established Fargo-Moorhead Essentia Health system. We are seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician to join an initial care team of 2 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers. This role is ideal for a physician who values collaboration, team-based care, and the opportunity to help shape a new clinic’s culture, workflows, and patient-care processes. Practice Highlights 0.6-1.0 FTE Opportunity Outpatient-only practice 1.0 FTE equals 36 patient-contact hours per week Monday-Friday schedule, with flexibility  within established clinic parameter Average volume of approximately 14–20 patients per day Collaborative physician and APP care model Dedicated nursing and clinical support staff Opportunity to help develop clinic workflows, patient-care processes, and team culture Epic electronic medical record and DAX AI Scribe Access to specialty, diagnostic, and hospital-based services throughout the Fargo-Moorhead Essentia System.
