We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Tech to join our healthcare team in Mechanicsburg. In this role, you will work alongside licensed physical therapists to provide exceptional patient care and support therapeutic treatments. Assist physical therapists in delivering patient treatments and therapeutic exercises Prepare treatment areas and maintain therapy equipment Apply hot and cold therapy treatments according to established protocols Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions Ensure cleanliness and organization of the therapy area Set up and maintain therapy equipment and supplies Schedule and coordinate patient appointments Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families Follow all safety protocols and procedures Currently enrolled in a physical therapy or occupational therapy program (preferred) Working toward obtaining a college degree Strong communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment Physical stamina to assist patients and handle equipment Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities Basic computer skills for maintaining electronic records Knowledge of therapy equipment and safety protocols Genuine compassion for helping others Ability to work flexible hours as needed Strong attention to detail and accuracy in following treatment protocols Professional demeanor and positive attitude Competitive compensation Excellent benefits package including 401k, health, dental, generous paid time off, and more Multiple opportunities for professional development, specialization, and leadership Employee discount plans Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Investment from a company that wants you to succeed and thrive
