Benefits and Perks Competitive pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour Part Time, stable schedule Supportive and collaborative rehab team Modern therapy equipment and resources Opportunities for professional growth and continuing education Positive workplace culture focused on teamwork and clinical excellence The opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient recovery and quality of life Physical Therapist Responsibilities Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-based physical therapy services to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence Assess patient needs and establish measurable treatment goals Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapy team members, and families Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans, exercises, and safety recommendations Participate in interdisciplinary care planning meetings and patient conferences Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) as appropriate Recommend adaptive equipment and mobility aids when necessary Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility, state, and federal guidelines Qualifications Current California Physical Therapist (PT) License required Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Post-Acute Care, Rehabilitation, or Long-Term Care experience preferred Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care Join Our Team If you're looking for a rewarding opportunity where you can help patients regain mobility, maximize independence, and improve their quality of life, we'd love to hear from you.
