What You’ll Do As a Physical Therapist with Logan Health – Conrad, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans of care, and provide evidence-based treatment designed around each patient’s functional goals. In this role, you will: Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments Develop individualized plans of care based on each patient's needs, abilities, and goals Provide treatment to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and independence Support patients recovering from orthopedic conditions, surgery, injury, illness, and other functional limitations Complete admission, ongoing, and discharge assessments while monitoring patient progress Educate patients and families throughout the rehabilitation process Collaborate with providers, rehabilitation professionals, nursing, and other members of the healthcare team Communicate changes in condition, progress, and treatment recommendations Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with payer and professional practice guidelines Participate in department and community programs that support rehabilitation and wellness Provide compassionate, patient-centered care consistent with professional physical therapy standards and Logan Health policies Why Practice Physical Therapy in Conrad? Qualifications Required: Current Montana Physical Therapist license OR Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with the ability to successfully obtain Montana Physical Therapist licensure within 30 days of hire Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and manage patient care Commitment to providing compassionate, professional, and patient-centered care New graduates who meet licensure requirements are encouraged to apply.
