Elara Caring is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide personalized, one-on-one care to patients throughout Boston Proper. The Difference You’ll Make Complete comprehensive evaluations in each patient’s home Develop treatment plans centered around meaningful, functional goals Help patients improve strength, balance, mobility and overall safety Support recovery following surgery, illness, injury or hospitalization Teach patients and caregivers how to use exercises and equipment safely Identify fall risks and recommend strategies for a safer home environment Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as patient needs change Collaborate with nurses, physicians, therapists and clinical leadership Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Your Qualifications Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association-approved program Current, unrestricted Massachusetts Physical Therapist license Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and current auto insurance Ability and willingness to travel throughout Boston Proper Strong clinical judgment, communication and time-management skills Ability to work independently while remaining connected to a collaborative team Sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently and be able to lift 50–100 lbs.
