Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - SIGN ON BONUS!! Lacamas Creek Post Acute Pay Range: Up to $50/hour for FT Sign on bonus of $5,000 paid in quarterly in-stallments over 12 months. ​ Lacamas Creek Post Acute is looking for a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. What You’ll Do As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you’ll work alongside our Physical Therapists and interdisciplinary care team to help patients regain strength, mobility, independence, and confidence. Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Help patients work toward individualized therapy goals Assist with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising Physical Therapist Accurately document treatments and patient responses Educate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation journey Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other members of the care team Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive therapy environment What We’re Looking For Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current PTA license or eligibility for licensure Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach Commitment to providing excellent patient care Why Lacamas Creek Post Acute?
