Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities to facilitate patient recovery and functional improvement Provide direct patient care in a supportive, encouraging manner while maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards Educate patients on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention strategies, and home exercise programs to promote long-term wellness Maintain detailed, accurate clinical documentation and patient records in compliance with regulatory requirements Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, comprehensive patient care Monitor patient progress, analyze outcomes, and adjust treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient response Manage multiple patient assignments simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality of care and attention to detail Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced clinical environment Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by staying current with emerging therapeutic practices and innovations Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment Required Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA-approved Doctor of Physical Therapy curriculum Current state Physical Therapy license for the state of practice Current CPR certification Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly Strong organizational and analytical skills with proficiency in multitasking Demonstrated ability to assess patients, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions Proficiency in clinical documentation and electronic health record systems Outgoing, energetic personality with genuine passion for patient care Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment Strong interpersonal skills and empathy for diverse patient populations Physical stamina and manual dexterity required for hands-on patient treatment Preferred Qualifications: Experience in sports medicine, orthopedics, or acute care settings Knowledge of advanced therapeutic modalities and equipment Experience with outcome measurement tools and data analysis Certification or specialization in a specific area of physical therapy Demonstrated commitment to professional development and continuing education Experience working with diverse populations and cultural competency awareness At Spring-Klein Physical Therapy , we believe in fostering a rewarding and supportive work environment.
