Physical Therapist (PT) Santa Rosa Post Acute | Santa Rosa, CA Pay: $75.00 - $85.00 per hour SIGN-ON BONUS: $2,000 Full-time new hires are eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus , paid in two installments: $1,000 (50%) after completion of 90 days of continuous employment $1,000 (50%) after completion of 180 days of continuous employment Bonus payments are contingent upon remaining actively employed and in good standing at the time each payment is due.
