Responsibilities This position will play a key role in supporting the communications and donor relations efforts of Piedmont Healthcare Foundation to support fundraising and amplify the value of philanthropy at Piedmont. This person will collaborate with Foundation teams to craft clear, concise communications that inform and inspire donors to support Piedmont Healthcare through community engagement and giving at all levels. The ideal candidate is a talented communicator with the ability to adapt voice and writing style in service of varied audiences and deliverables, from patient stories and newsletter features to email and website copy, impact reports, flyers, brochures, gift acknowledgement letters, social media content—and more. This person is self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced role that requires teamwork, cross-team collaboration, and the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in an organized and timely manner with appropriate attention to detail. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s Degree Communications, English, Journalism, Development, Public Relations, or related field Required Work Experience 1 year of professional work experience in communications, marketing, journalism, philanthropy/development, or a closely related field Required Proven experience in managing work and relationships with multiple stakeholders at different levels of an organization Required Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is Required Experience working in healthcare or non-profit organizations Preferred Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite Preferred Knowledge of CRM systems such as Raiser’s Edge NXT Preferred Multimedia experience (graphic design, videography, or photography) Preferred Licenses and Certifications None Required Business Unit : Company Name Piedmont Healthcare Corporate
