Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator - Oncology Pharmacist

Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center is hiring a board-certified oncology pharmacist (BCOP) to support hematology-oncology and infusion services in Vancouver, Washington. The role centers on regimen review, therapy optimization, and protocol development alongside medical oncologists. Responsibilities The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for coordination of clinical and quality improvement activities to ensure safe, effective, and evidence-based medication use. The Clinical Coordinator will collaborate with clinicians, both pharmacy and multidisciplinary, to facilitate clinical workflow improvements and develop medication use policies, procedures, and guidelines on a Legacy-wide basis. Qualifications Education: As required by licensure. Residency training is preferred. Advanced degree such as Pharm D MHA preferred. Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in pharmacy practice required (five years preferred). Licensure Current Registered Pharmacist License (RPh) for applicable state required. BLS may be required within three months of hire if staffing assignment(s) requires responding to emergencies. Pay Range USD $87.34 - USD $101.31 /Hr.
