Job Details Kettering Health Hamilton l Hamilton l PRN l Varied Shifts Responsibilities & Requirements Job Responsibilities Inpatient Pharmacist position in an acute hospital setting Provide pharmaceutical information to multidisciplinary health care teams, engage in Kinetic dosing, therapy consults and order verifications Work directly with nursing, physicians and peers to provide acute care services other duties as assigned Job Qualifications Graduated from an accredited school of Pharmacy with either a B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD Active State of Ohio licensed Pharmacist Excellent written and communication skills Overview Kettering Health is a not-for-profit system of 14 medical centers and more than 120 outpatient facilities serving southwest Ohio. Our mission is to live God’s love by promoting and restoring health.
