Job Summary: The PACE Center Assistant (PCA) is a member of the PACE Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) and is responsible for providing personal care services in accordance with each PACE participant's care plan. The PCA is responsible for providing personal care services and other PACE Center tasks as assigned by PACE Center management personnel.
