Job Details Kettering Health (Forrer Blvd) | Kettering | Resouce (PRN) | Varied Shift Responsibilities & Requirements The PBX Operator supports patient care and operational reliability by managing internal and external communications within the healthcare facility. This role ensures prompt, courteous, and accurate handling of calls, emergency codes, and information requests, contributing to safety and efficient facility operations. Performs other duties as assigned. All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.High school diploma or equivalent.At least 2 years of experience operating a multi-line phone or switchboard system, preferably in a healthcare or customer service environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a healthcare setting or in roles requiring emergency response coordination.
