Job Responsibilities: Für die Durchführung der deutschen Entgeltabrechnung mehrerer Magna Standorte im Rahmen eines internen und zentralen Shared Service Centers suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten Payroll Specialist / Spezialist Entgeltabrechnung (m/w/x) für unseren Standort in Untergruppenbach oder Belgrad (Serbien). Durchführung einer termingerechten und korrekten Gehaltsabrechnung inkl. aller vor- und nachbereitenden Tätigkeiten Erfassung und Pflege von Personalstammdaten in SAP HCM Klärung und Bewertung von lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen Betreuung von Global-Mobility-Fällen sowie Koordination der Gehaltsabrechnung in Zusammenarbeit mit externer Steuerberatung Kommunikation mit Behörden, Finanzämtern und Krankenkassen Erstellung von Bescheinigungen und regelmäßigen HR-Reports  Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den lokalen Personalabteilungen unserer internen Kundenunternehmen sowie Schnittstelle zu lokalen Finanzbuchhaltungen  Betreuung und Unterstützung bei internen und externen Audits  Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Projekten im Bereich Payroll Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von abrechnungsrelevanten Prozessen Deine Aufgaben Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Payroll Deine bevorzugten Qualifikationen Aktuelle Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht IT-Affinität und umfassende Erfahrung mit SAP HR bzw. anderen Abrechnungssystemen, Workday-Kenntnisse vorteilhaft  Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse  Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative Selbstständige, strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise   Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit Standort Benefits Flexible Arbeitszeitgestaltung (mobiles Arbeiten) Gesundheitsprogramme und Teamevents International, dynamisch und verantwortungsbewusst ausgerichteter Arbeitsplatz Schulungsprogramme und interne Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten Mitarbeiterrabatte Gewinnbeteiligungsprogramm Employee & Familiy Unterstützungsprogramm Übergesetzlicher Urlaubsanspruch Betriebsgastronomie Parkmöglichkeiten Neugierig geworden?
