Job Family : Subject Matter Experts - Professional (SMP) Travel Required : Up to 25% Clearance Required : Active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph What You Will Do: The Partnership and Transition SME will enable and execute the stand-up, integration, and sustained operations of a Partnership and Transition Office. This includes building, managing, and operationalizing R&D partnerships across government, industry ,academia, and international partners to ensure high-risk, high-payoff research transitions effectively to mission impact. What You Will Need: An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoW security clearance with a polygraph Master's degree in a technical field; Bachelor's degree in technical field is acceptable with experience performing FIVE (5) or more years of hands-on mission work FIVE (5) or more years project management experience across teams, and proficiency in program management principles THREE (3) or more years work in a mission-focused organization across the DoW or Intelligence Community (IC) What Would Be Nice to Have: Five (5) or more years of mission and/or field experience in the IC Program or project management certification The annual salary range for this position is $115,200.00-$172,800.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
