Make an Impact. Practice Autonomously. Be Part of Something Bigger.
Backpack Healthcare is looking for a Virginia-licensed PMHNP who values clinical autonomy, meaningful work, and genuine collaboration.
We provide accessible mental health care for children, teens, and young adults through telehealth. As a clinician-led, minority-owned organization, we're building a different kind of behavioral health experience โ one where clinicians have the autonomy to practice at the top of their license while still having a strong team behind them.
Autonomous doesn't mean alone. You'll work alongside therapists, psychiatrists, and care coordinators who believe integrated care leads to better outcomes for kids and families.

Your schedule is yours to build, with afternoon, evening, and weekend availability required to meet families when they are most available.
๐ฉบ What You'll Do
You'll provide comprehensive psychiatric care to children, teens, and young adults through telehealth, with a focus on accessible, evidence-based, family-centered treatment.
