Job Summary The Part-Time Psychology Instructor position provides high-quality instruction in psychology courses while supporting student learning, engagement, and academic success. Responsibilities include teaching assigned courses, maintaining accurate records, assessing student performance, and adhering to college policies and curriculum standards. Principal Accountabilities Teach assigned psychology courses in accordance with approved curriculum, course outcomes, and institutional standards. Foster an engaging, inclusive learning environment that supports student achievement and academic success. Develop, administer, and evaluate assignments, exams, and other assessments in a timely and equitable manner. Be available to students through office hours, email, or other approved communication methods to address questions and academic concerns. Comply with all institutional policies, academic regulations, and reporting requirements. Effectively use the institution's learning management system and other instructional technologies to support teaching and communication.
