Part-Time Bilingual Optician/Clinical Assistant – Los Angeles, CA  Schedule: 2–3 days per week Compensation: $ 26 per hour + mileage reimbursement & travel pay  Position Type: Part-Time  About The Opportunity Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a bi‑lingual (Spanish/English) Optician / Medical Assistant to support senior outpatient clinics across Los Angeles County . What You’ll Do Assist the optometrist with patient intake, visual screenings, and basic diagnostic testing Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, including bi‑lingual (Spanish/English) communication Assist with eyewear selection, adjustments, fittings, and basic repairs Set up, break down, and maintain portable optometry equipment Follow sterilization, safety, and infection control protocols Complete basic documentation, charting, and administrative tasks Represent CMC with professionalism, compassion, and reliability Qualifications 2+ years of experience as an Optician or Optometric Technician preferred Medical Assisting experience is a plus Bi‑lingual proficiency required Experience serving geriatric or senior populations preferred Strong understanding of OSHA and infection control standards Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required Able to lift and transport equipment (typically 25–50 lbs.)
