Work involves utilizing policy and procedures, establishing priorities, are standards, coordinating and evaluating activities; organizing, supervising, developing business office procedures and processes. Works under general direction with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Reports: Director/Rehab Supervises: Information Systems Coordinator, Office Coordinator/Rehab WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY Required Education: Completed College Courses related to Healthcare or Management. Preferred Education: A.A. with coursework in Business or Finance. Required Experience:  2 years in a medical practice setting, with experience in budget development/adherence and quality improvement processes. Preferred Experience: 4 years in a medical practice setting, with above experience plus human resources management, (hiring/firing) and medical records related to medical billing.
