Organizational Change Management SME

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) SME for an opportunity with a large federal customer. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of experience with leading OCM activities in large federal programs, in a large cabinet-level organization which is essential to the successful performance of the program. The OCM SME will support the Program Manager and the entire program providing leadership and guidance to each of the Team Leads and staff members. The OCM SME should be a self-starter who demonstrates initiative, interfaces well with multiple clients and has experience in taking ownership of work assignments.  This position is fully remote, however, some onsite may occasionally be required in Arlington, VA or Washington, DC.   Trilogy Federal is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
