Visit us here to find out more about Accenture's Oracle practice: https://www.accenture.com/us-en/services/oracle-index The Work As an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR Consultant, your daily tasks will include: Provide functional/technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR modules, ensuring system stability and performance. Support implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR modules, including configuration, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design solutions during the implementation phase. Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting, guidance, and training to ensure effective use of HCM Core HR functionalities. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for HCM Core HR configurations, processes, and procedures. Coordinate with cross-functional, offshore teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful resolution of support issues. Design, build and test Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR reports This is a hybrid role and will require a minimum of 3 days per week at your local office. Hiring locations are Atlanta, GA; Tampa, FL or Dallas, TX. Here’s what you need: At least 3 years real-time hands-on functional/technical experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR modules Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)  Bonus Points If: Proficiency in Payroll SQL query experience Oracle Cloud HCM certifications are a plus Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
