Readiness and Response Operator 1 - RRT1 Miami. FL (ONSITE) Contract (W2 ongoing) $25/hr pay rate + shift differentials and benefits As a Readiness & Response Operator 1 (RR1), you'll play a critical role in supporting the development and testing of autonomous vehicles by ensuring the test fleet is safe, prepared, and ready for engineering operations. This is a hands-on role focused on vehicle readiness, logistics, and operational support. Your day will include preparing vehicles for testing through detailed inspections, software and hardware verification, sensor cleaning, charging, and ensuring each vehicle meets strict engineering standards before going on the road. You’ll also support fleet logistics by moving vehicles and equipment between locations, assisting with recovery events, managing supplies, and helping launch new test sites as needed. This role requires someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can follow detailed processes, and is comfortable balancing physical vehicle work with technical tasks.
