What You Will Do Responsible for CapEx Program management Responsible for NPI operations execution Develop, manage, and continuously improve the site CapEx program framework, processes, and reporting tools. Partner with Finance, Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Facilities, Engineering, and other functions as necessary to build annual and multi‑year capital investment plans. Maintain and govern CapEx portfolio oversight, including prioritization, risk management, resource allocation, and schedule alignment. Track, analyze, and report program status, spending, forecast accuracy, and ROI performance to senior leadership. Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies, procurement standards, safety and environmental requirements, quality standards, and regulatory expectations. Manage assigned capital projects from concept through start‑up, including scoping, design, vendor selection, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover. Develop and maintain project charters, budgets, schedules, risk registers, communication plans, and stakeholder updates. Lead cross‑functional project teams that may include engineers, operations leaders, maintenance, EHS, and external contractors. Drive project execution using formal project management methodologies (e.g., waterfall, stage‑gate, or hybrid depending on project type). Evaluate technical proposals, conduct cost‑benefit analyses, and develop capital appropriation requests (eCARs). Support commissioning activities, FAT/SAT, and transition to sustaining ownership. Hands‑on commissioning, FAT/SAT, and equipment start‑up execution, plus effective stakeholder communication. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience Experience managing capital projects or supporting CapEx processes in a manufacturing, operations, or facilities environment. Strong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and cross‑functional coordination. Ability to interpret technical requirements, evaluate vendor proposals, and analyze cost/benefit tradeoffs. Solid understanding of financial controls, procurement processes, and safety/quality/compliance expectations. Proven ability to communicate clearly, drive alignment, and manage stakeholders across multiple functions. Qualifications We Prefer Experience owning medium‑to‑large capital projects, including direct vendor management and oversight of installation or commissioning activities. Strong financial acumen with the ability to model multi‑year investment scenarios and influence capital strategy. Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other structured CI methodologies applied to manufacturing or facilities environments. Experience developing or improving CapEx governance systems, dashboards, or portfolio management tools. Ability to drive cross‑functional alignment at the leadership level and influence decision‑making through data, risk insights, and operational impacts. Understanding of advanced manufacturing technologies, automation, or factory digitization trends.
