Operations & Data Systems Specialist / Business Systems Coordinator Location: Boca Raton, FL (In-Office) Salary: $50,000-$80,000/year + Benefits We're looking for a tech-savvy problem solver who enjoys finding inefficient processes and replacing them with smarter, automated solutions using AI, CRM systems, databases, and modern business software. Responsibilities - Manage and maintain CRM databases - Build reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking - Clean and validate large datasets - Create advanced Google Sheets and Excel tools - Develop AI-powered workflows and automations - Automate repetitive office tasks - Integrate software platforms using APIs, Zapier, or Make - Support sales and operations with reporting and insights - Document processes and create SOPs - Identify and implement system improvements Requirements - Experience with CRM systems, workflows, automations, reporting, and data management - Strong Google Workspace and Excel skills - Daily user of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication skills Preferred Experience - AI-powered dashboards - CRM automations - Google Sheets that eliminate manual work - ChatGPT workflows - Zapier/Make automations - SQL reporting - KPI dashboards - Internal tools that improve efficiency #LI-AH1
