What You Will Do Manage a team of engineering professionals in One-Offs AMTS Advanced Aerostructures Engineering Oversees design, development, and delivery of engineered solutions for Airline customers to ensure conformance to engineering principles, customer requirements, and quality standards Ensures that work assigned and completed meets established engineering schedules and business objectives while satisfying customer requirements This job requires both a high level of technical knowledge combined with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a mix of internal and external customers Individual must be able to remain calm in pressure situations and be willing to regularly deal with emotional customers while maintaining a high level of emotional intelligence.
