Job Description Onboarding Specialist Tutera Senior Living & Health Care What Will You Do in This Role? The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for managing and executing the onboarding process for all new hires across the organization. This role enssures a seamless transition from offer acceptance through the onboarding process.  The Onbaording Specialist partners closeley with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and new employees to deliver an  engaging and compliant onboarding experience. This position plays a key role in onboarding effectiveness.  Do You Have What It Takes? High school diploma or equivalent required One year of experince in onboarding, human resources, or recruitment preferred Experience working wiht onboarding processes, HRIS and applicant tracking systems preferred  Must have strong analytical skills and excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills Must have the ability to work well in a team environment with a demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must have strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make decisions independently Why is Tutera THE Employer of Choice?
