Omnichannel Lead, Americas Consumer and Provider

At Resmed, we're looking for an Omnichannel Activation Lead, Americas Consumer and Provider who can turn business priorities into meaningful marketing strategies that connect with customers across their journey. In this role, you'll help shape how Consumer and Provider audiences experience our brand, bringing together data, insight, and collaboration to create marketing approaches that are clear, relevant, and impactful. You'll partner closely with Americas marketing teams, channel leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to align campaigns, journeys, and experiences around customer needs and business goals. Your ability to combine strategic thinking with practical execution will help teams make better decisions, simplify complexity, and focus on the actions that drive growth and engagement. Through thoughtful leadership and a customer-centered mindset, you'll help ensure marketing efforts are connected, measurable, and built around the moments that matter most to patients, providers, and customers. What You'll Do Lead the development of omnichannel marketing strategies in partnership with Americas marketing teams to support Consumer and Provider business objectives. Shape integrated approaches across campaigns, journeys, and experiences that align with audience needs, business priorities, and growth opportunities. Identify key moments within the patient and customer journey and translate insights into meaningful engagement strategies. Use data, performance metrics, customer insights, and market understanding to guide decision-making and strengthen marketing effectiveness. Translate complex performance trends and business context into clear, actionable narratives for stakeholders. Simplify complex challenges by helping teams align on priorities and focus on high-impact opportunities. Partner with channel leaders and cross-functional teams to create connected and coordinated marketing activation strategies. Build alignment across diverse stakeholders, bringing clarity and momentum to strategic discussions and decisions. Coach and support marketers and partners in developing stronger omnichannel capabilities and customer-centered approaches. Ensure marketing strategies align with brand standards and applicable healthcare and regulatory marketing requirements across the Americas region. What You Bring Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Experience developing omnichannel marketing strategies across multiple channels, platforms, and audience journeys. Experience in customer engagement, campaign strategy, and cross-functional leadership. Understanding of both consumer and healthcare provider marketing and how to create connected experiences across audiences. Data literacy with the ability to interpret results, identify meaningful trends, and develop actionable recommendations. Strong communication and storytelling capabilities that simplify complex information for different audiences. Ability to influence and lead across diverse stakeholder groups with varying priorities and perspectives. Strong collaboration and leadership skills that build trust, alignment, and capability development. Nice to have Experience within healthcare, medical devices, or a highly regulated industry. Agency, consulting, or in-house agency experience. Interest in emerging healthcare technologies, evolving customer engagement practices, and digital marketing trends. Compensation & Additional Information A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $114,000 - $145,000 . Individual pay decisions are based on factors including geographic work location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
