Competitive pay: $40–$50/hr Employee appreciation events throughout the year Advancement opportunities in our newtwork Reliable shifts Position Summary We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) to provide high-quality, patient-centered therapy services . This role includes evaluation, treatment planning, team collaboration, and supervision of therapy staff, all focused on improving residents’ independence and quality of life. Key Responsibilities Evaluate residents within required timeframes and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapy services per physician orders and established goals Document evaluations, treatments, and progress notes in compliance with regulations Supervise COTAs, aides, and students in accordance with state practice act Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on care planning and patient progress Participate in care conferences, utilization reviews, and rehab meetings Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy programs and discharge plans Assist with durable medical equipment (DME) recommendations Provide staff training and participate in in-services Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and payer requirements Qualifications Degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor’s required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred) Active South Carolina Occupational Therapist (OTR) license in good standing Experience in skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred Familiarity with PointClickCare and Casamba preferred Strong clinical, documentation, and leadership skills We are an equal opportunity employer.
