Object-Based Linguistic Signatures Advisor

Overview Apogee Engineering is seeking a Object-Based Linguistic Signatures Advisor who is able to provide advisory, technical, and administrative support and outreach to the OSINT community on Object-Based Linguistic Signatures (OBLS). ****Contingent Upon Contract Award**** Responsibilities Advise the OSINT community on OBLS concepts and usage. Provide technical and administrative support to OBLS-related initiatives. Conduct outreach to promote OBLS adoption and best practices. Develop plans to improve OBLS capabilities Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure capabilities meet operational and analytic requirements. Qualifications Minimum Experience: Citizenship:  Must be a US citizen  Clearance:  TS/SCI Education/ Years of Experience:  Bachelors degree in science or engineering. 8 years experience with DoW or similar programs. Experience in intelligence analysis or OSINT. Direct experience with OBLS or similar frameworks. OSINT tradecraft and tools background.
