We are searching for a talented Nurse Practitioner Hospitalist for the Observation Unit @ St. Luke's Hospital. Responsibilities Under the general supervision and direction of the Physician, Office Manager, or designee, conduct hospital rounds as directed by individually assigned Physician. Perform initial histories, physicals, consultations and follow-up care visits which may require laboratory testing, radiology testing, and/or immunizations. Formulate diagnoses based on clinical assessments and establish appropriate/ timely treatment plans. Qualifications Nurse Practitioner: Masters of Science Degree in Nursing is required. Certification from a National accrediting body to practice as a Nurse Practitioner is required. Current Massachusetts R.N. registration is required. Nurse Practitioner Certificate is required. Minimum of one years' experience as a Nurse Practitioner is required. Current Massachusetts Nursing Practitioners License is required. Pay Range USD $61.50 - USD $70.00 /Hr. Rotation Schedule Requirement 7 on / 7 off includes weekend and holidays
