Responsibilities Your Impact As a Nurse Manager, you will play a critical role in driving clinical excellence and operational efficiency: Lead and mentor interdisciplinary clinical teams including RNs, LPNs, and Medical Assistants Oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care Optimize workflows and staffing to maintain seamless clinic operations Ensure compliance with OSHA, CLIA, and organizational policies Monitor clinical performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives Step into patient care as needed, including triage, procedures, and urgent situations Maintain a safe, organized, and well-equipped clinical environment Division Opportunities SPAH (Maternal-Fetal Medicine): Guide high-risk obstetric care operations with a focus on safety, quality, and program development Urogynecology: Enhance patient care delivery and provider satisfaction across multiple clinic locations MIGS: Lead multi-site surgical specialty operations, shaping clinical policies and advancing procedural care Qualifications Qualifications Active Virginia RN license Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills Preferred experience in OB/GYN, SPAH, Urogynecology, or MIGS settings Join EVMS Medical Group This is more than a management role—it is an opportunity to lead with purpose, influence patient care at a systems level, and grow within a forward-thinking academic medical environment—without sacrificing your personal time.
