Job Details Kettering Health Main Campus | Kettering | Full-Time | 12 Hour Shift Nights Responsibilities & Requirements The Nurse Assistant provides essential support to nursing staff by assisting patients with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. This role contributes directly to patient comfort, safety, and quality of care under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel. Performs other duties as assigned. All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.None required.None required; entry-level position with on-the-job training provided.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience as a nurse assistant, nursing aide, or in a healthcare setting preferred.
