Overview Night Watch Supervisor Pay: $24.00 – $25.00 per hour DOE Schedule Options: (Full-time) Option 1: Wednesday: 3:00pm - 1:00am Thursday - Saturday: 7:00pm - 4:00am Option 2: Saturday, Sunday, Monday 7:00pm - 7:00am Embark at Springville is seeking a Night Watch Supervisor to lead our overnight residential team supporting adolescent girls (ages 12–17) in a trauma‑informed treatment setting. In this role, you’ll guide and train staff, respond to escalations, and provide steady overnight supervision and emotional support to students in a high‑acuity environment. You’ll collaborate with therapists, nurses, and day staff to uphold a structured atmosphere that promotes healing for teens working through trauma, anxiety, depression, and family challenges.  Responsibilities Overnight staff leadership : Lead and coach 3 staff by modeling interventions, answering questions, and guiding responses during escalated situations. Client supervision : Provide overnight supervision and emotional support to adolescent girls (ages 12–17) in a high‑acuity residential setting. Crisis intervention : Lead interventions during behavioral escalations, aggression, and critical safety incidents using consistent, trauma‑informed practices. Staff development : Conduct 1:1 meetings with direct supports to reinforce expectations, strengthen skills, and address performance needs. Campus safety : Monitor campus safety, conduct room checks, and maintain a secure environment throughout overnight hours. Treatment alignment : Uphold treatment plans and collaborate with therapists, nurses, and day staff to ensure continuity of care. Housekeeping tasks : Perform light cleaning and organization to maintain a safe, welcoming space for students and staff. Qualifications What we are looking for: 2 years working in a Residential Treatment Center or Inpatient Setting. 1 year of Residential Treatment leadership experience mentoring employees. Skilled in de-escalation and managing high-acuity, emotionally charged situations. Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach and support overnight staff. Comfortable making quick decisions and leading during safety-related incidents. Maintains firm boundaries and models emotionally regulated behavior. Requirements: 21+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Able to pass a  Utah State background check. Obtain a  Food Handler’s Permit before your first shift.
