Position Overview The New Studio Openings, Project Manager (NSO PM) is responsible for managing all aspects of new franchise studio openings, ensuring each location is fully prepared for operational success. Reporting to the Director of New Studio Openings, this role collaborates cross-functionally with the Field Marketing, Product & Talent, Business Management, and Construction teams to guide franchise owners throughout the pre-opening process. The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized, and relationship-driven leader who thrives in a dynamic environment.
