CPI Card Group is seeking a hands-on Network Engineer to support and enhance our enterprise network infrastructure. This role supports a multi-site enterprise network environment, combining engineering and day-to-day operational support to ensure a secure, stable, and high-performing network. Reporting to the Senior Infrastructure Operations Manager, this position plays a key role in maintaining network reliability, implementing improvements, and supporting critical business operations. Responsibilities What You’ll Do Design, implement, and support LAN, WAN, wireless, firewall, and VPN solutions Maintain and optimize network performance, reliability, and capacity Perform ongoing maintenance, including patching, upgrades, and hardware lifecycle management Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a production environment Support incident response, root cause analysis, and on-call responsibilities Ensure network configurations meet security and compliance requirements Contribute to documentation, standards, and continuous improvement efforts Pay range depending on experience: $101,000 - $126,300 + bonus potential Qualifications What You Bring (Requirements) 5+ years of network engineering and/or operations experience Strong knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, and VPN technologies Experience supporting enterprise, multi-site network environments Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Nice to Have Experience with Cisco (including Meraki), Palo Alto networking platforms (including IONs and Panorama), Arista (including CloudVision), or comparable technologies Familiarity with PCI compliance requirements Familiarity with LogicMonitor Exposure to cloud or hybrid networking environments Familiarity with scripting or automation tools How You Work Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams Detail-oriented with a focus on operational excellence and hygiene Proactive in identifying and addressing issues before they impact the business Reliable and accountable, especially in high-impact situations Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time #HP Company Overview: CPI Card Group® is a payment technology company and leading provider of credit, debit and prepaid solutions delivered physically, digitally and on-demand.
